- Fleet customers get a per-vehicle rate that drops as fleet size grows, plus a flat per-visit dispatch fee that's amortized across all vehicles charged on the same visit. Single-vehicle on-demand pricing is replaced by a contracted rate sheet, typically 25 to 40% lower per kWh than retail emergency pricing.
- Can you charge multiple vehicles simultaneously?
- Yes. Our fleet units carry multi-port cabinets that charge 2 to 4 vehicles at once depending on equipment configuration. For larger fleets we stage multiple units in a rotation so 10+ vehicles can be cycled in a single window.
- Do you sign service contracts or is it on-demand?
- Either. Most fleet customers prefer a service agreement, a recurring weekly or monthly visit schedule with a contracted rate. We also support on-demand fleet calls for businesses that want flexibility without a commitment. Your account manager helps you pick the right model after the first conversation.
- What if my business has mixed EV brands?
- We support every passenger EV connector standard, Tesla NACS, CCS-1, J-1772, on every fleet unit. Mixed fleets of Tesla, Ford, Rivian, GM, Hyundai, and others are no problem.
- Can you charge at my office during business hours without disrupting parking?
- Yes. We coordinate with your facilities team to use a designated charging zone, typically the back of the lot, a loading dock, or 2 to 3 employee spaces that get rotated through the shift. The unit is self-contained (no extension cords across the lot), so the disruption is minimal.
