- Yes, that's our most common residential use case. We pull into your assigned parking spot, garage, or driveway and charge at the meter directly. No electrical upgrades, HOA approvals, or wall-box installation needed. We service buildings across Brickell, Aventura, Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, and every condo corridor in our service area.
- How often do you typically come to a residential customer?
- Most subscription customers schedule weekly or bi-weekly visits sized to their commute. Tesla Model Y / Mustang Mach-E / Ioniq 5 drivers averaging 200 to 300 miles per week typically need one visit per week. Lower-mileage drivers do every other week. We tune your schedule to your actual usage after the first month.
- What if I need a charge between scheduled visits?
- Subscription customers get priority emergency dispatch at no upcharge if you need an unscheduled top-up. Same dispatch line, same ETA window, just told us you're on the residential plan.
- Do I need any equipment at my home?
- Nothing. We bring our own charging cabinet, generator, and connector cables on every unit. You just need to be home (or have someone home) and your EV needs to be in an accessible parking spot.
- Can you handle high-rise buildings without home charging?
- Yes. We've serviced 30+ story buildings across Brickell, Aventura, Sunny Isles, Fort Lauderdale, and Hollywood. We coordinate with valet, security, or property management as needed. If your building has a service entrance or loading dock we can use, even better, most do.
