Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Rapid Charge EV website at myrapidchargeev.com and the mobile EV charging and roadside dispatch services we provide across Broward County, Miami-Dade County, and Palm Beach County, Florida. Please read them carefully.

Description of Services
Rapid Charge EV provides on-demand mobile EV charging, scheduled residential and commercial charging, and roadside towing dispatch coordination throughout South Florida (Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach counties).
Service availability is subject to dispatch capacity, weather, traffic, and geographic limitations. Any response or arrival times we provide are good-faith estimates, not guarantees.
Booking and Service Use
You can request service by calling (954) 628-2393 or submitting our online form. After you request service, we will confirm details such as your location, vehicle, and the service needed before dispatching.
When you use our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate location and vehicle information
- Ensure our technician has safe and lawful access to your vehicle
- Be the authorized owner or operator of the vehicle being serviced, or have the owner's permission
- Be present or reachable as needed to complete the service
Pricing and Payment
Pricing is provided as a quote based on your location, time of day, and the service requested. We provide an upfront price before beginning work, there are no hidden fees.
Payments are processed securely through GoDaddy's payment portal. We accept major credit and debit cards, cash, and digital wallets such as Apple Pay and Zelle. Payment is due at or after the time of service as agreed.
Cancellations and Refunds
For non-emergency or scheduled services, we ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Emergency service that has already been dispatched may incur a service or trip fee if cancelled after a technician is en route.
If you believe you were charged in error or are unhappy with a service, contact us at support@myrapidchargeev.com and we will work with you in good faith to resolve it. Refunds, where appropriate, are issued to the original payment method.
Disclaimers
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind except those that cannot be disclaimed under applicable law. We do not guarantee specific charging speeds, the amount of range added, or vehicle compatibility outcomes, which depend on your vehicle's condition, battery, and capabilities.
For towing, Rapid Charge EV coordinates and dispatches licensed, insured third-party towing operators. We are not the towing operator and are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or services of those independent operators.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, Rapid Charge EV is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.
Our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that specific service.
